Hello guys,
I decided to
treat myself to a few goodies from Boots yesterday as I had some vouchers left
over from Christmas. I didn’t go crazy, pretty much just picked up a few
essentials.
The first
things I bought was the Indeed Laboratories Hydraluron Moisture Boosting Masks (£19.99) they were on
offer and as I haven’t tried many sheet masks before I knew I had to have them.
I also picked up son Bio Oil as I want to try and get rid of some stretch marks
on my stomach but I want to try it out on the scars on my chin from past
blemishes. I ran out of my Alpha H Liquid Gold and thought this might help me
out without spending money I don’t have at the moment.
I have been
watching the Yes to range expand in Boots and I have been intrigued by the
bright packaging so I thought I would start off with a face wash before I delve
straight in and purchase more. I don’t really know why I picked up the Yes to Carrots Face Wash (£6.99) as it’s for Normal/Dry skin but I will see how I
get on. A little niggle for me is the fact that is says its fragrance free but
it has a definite smell to it.
After picking
up some new products I realised I needed some refills of some of my most loved
items including the Maybelline Falsies Volume Express Mascara (£7,99), my all-time love Radox Herbal Bath Salts (£1.05), Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation in Vanilla (£9.99) and in my opinion, the best
lip butter I have ever used the Nivea Lip Butter in Blueberry Blush (£2.25).
I then decided
to buy a new book from Sainsbury’s as I had finished Angel
of The Dark (from 99p) so when I saw Elizabeth
Is Missing (from £3.32) was on sale, I picked it up instantly. I have
been keen to read this book for the longest time as it has amazing reviews and
seems like such a great story.
What have
you been buying recently?
Great purchases lovely! I absolutely love the Hydraluron moisture boosting masks, they feel so refreshing!
